Galvanized steel studs complete the frame. All non-protected steel is primed or galvanized. Insulated & Fire-Rated Roof: Typical installation of insulation between roof and ceiling. Roof and ceiling are protected with multiple layers of fire core gypsum. Insulated & Fire-Rated Walls: Typical installation of fiberglass insulation in wall cavity; also installation of 2 layers of Type X gypsum for fire-rating on the inside and outside of the building. Almost Ready for Outside Wall Covering: Outside wall covering is galvanized steel with two part epoxy prime coat and two part polyurethane finish coat. The Completed Product: Manual fire alarm activation station; emergency fan shut-off; light switch; interior shelving; and HVAC system. Buildings meet or exceed all applicable UBC, SBC, BOCA National Building Codes, NFPA, UFC, EPA, NEC, CAC, OSHA, FM and UL codes with respect compliance in design; and meet or exceed all applicable ANSI, AWS, AISC, US Product, ASTM, WARNOCK-HERSEY, FM and UL standards regarding materials and workmanship.
