Detail specifications may be requested from Haz-Mat Containment. Other equipment and options may be special ordered. Some equipment or features may be incompatible, and/or may reduce the available interior space of the building. Standard Equipment and Features are not included in this summary. EXPLOSION RELIEF CONSTRUCTION includes explosion relief panels (blow-out panels), security bars, tethering the panels, insulation when building is insulated.   OVER STANDARD HEIGHT BUILDINGS: Building can be manufactured to a nominal 10' or more to accommodate an automatic sprinkler system; bridge crane or other customer requirement.   DOORS: All standard doors are 7 Ft. high and include a rain guard. Other types and/or sizes may be ordered. Swing Doors: Also include astragal, threshold, safety lever and lock. Fire-doors: 3', 5' or 8' wide. Also include automatic door closure and are 3 hour fire-rated; UL and/or Warnock Hersey listed. Steel doors: 4'6" or 9' wide. Roll-up Doors include standard hand operated opener. Fire-doors: 5', 9' wide. Steel doors: 5', 9' wide. Explosion proof opener. Hardware: All doors include door threshold, rain guard, astragal lever lock assembly (swing doors only), automatic door closures (fire-doors only). (Gloss white is standard color and is included unless a color choice is specified)   Buildings meet or exceed all applicable UBC, SBC, BOCA National Building Codes, NFPA, UFC, EPA, NEC, CAC, OSHA, FM and UL codes with respect compliance in design; and meet or exceed all applicable ANSI, AWS, AISC, US Product, ASTM, WARNOCK-HERSEY, FM and UL standards regarding materials and workmanship.
